This shop rocks! The customer service is second to none! The owner and his employees are true cycling addicts and can advise you of what really works! They wont send you out the door with what you don't need just to make a sale. Customer Service:

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
This is a very nice all-around shop. Great location, just on the way up Highway 9 to Skyline and Big Basin in Saratoga. The shop owner is a great guy, very knowledgeable. I bought my road bike here and the service has been great.
