Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The shop carries high end mountain and road bikes like Parlee, Santa Cruz, Trek, Serotta, Bianchi, and etc. The bike shop is decent in size with good selection of floor stock bikes and gears. Shop also has a custom fit studio. Shop is not crowded and street parking are available most of the time. Shop has a cozy friendly feel with excellent staff. Customer Service: Customer Service is great, very helpful staff. Always willing to answer your questions even if you dont intend to purchase or use any of their services. Friendly staff, easily approachable, never leaves you unsatisfied with your questions. What more can a customer ask for? Coffee and tea, cold beer? Maybe a free massage. Well, when you find a bike shop giving a free massage, let me know. Give this shop 5 stars..

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
I've had two bikes serviced here since my original question, here /http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=444449: A total of three visits. On each time, the spent the time necessary to understand my concerns, diagnose and estimate. On each occasion, the bike was done before they promised and at or below the estimate. I'm happy with the service, the work, the schedule and the price.
