Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Good selection of components and tools ranging from entry level to super high end. Customer Service: Great bunch of guys who are both knowledgable and friendly. Have been very helpful in my efforts to modernize a vintage bike that I dug out of storage a few months back.

Downhiller Shop Summary: Great selection of items for downhill/freeride & if they don't have it they are willing to go the extra mile & get it at great prices. Customer Service: Sean & staff define customer service how it should be. I've gone in on many occassions & had Sean offer to let me try on his own pads or take a short ride on his equipment so I can see if I'm into something. These guys are also very knowledgable & great for advice no matter if you just come in to ask questions or browse through their inventory of bikes.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Visited Tread Bike Shop several times, but this is the 1st time I used them. I have no issues recommending them to all my friends.
Fast service, willing to do what it takes to satisfy the customer, and most importantly, did a great job building my bike! Customer Service: Ford built up my bike and it is awesome!
Tread went above and beyond what one would expect from a shop.
My build kit had several missing and/or incompatible parts.
They actually offered to take parts off their new bikes to put on mine in order to get me up and going in time for the weekend. That is what I call customer service!
To top it off, they retensioned the spokes on my wheels AND put a sweet chainstay/seatstay wrap on to protect the frame for me.
What's funny is I have received equal amount of compliments on the wrap job vs. the brand new bike itself.
But the bottom line is the build. Top notch job and I plan on using them for all my future service needs. Fast, friendly, and quality work! Other Comments: The shop offers a lot of great stuff (bikes, gear, accessories) without being cluttered. You aren't scared to take a step back and knock over 40 bikes all lined up in a row while admiring your dream bike.
The kiddie play section will come in very handy when it's my turn to watch the kid. Maybe she can "stay" there while I run a "quick errand" on the LG Creek Trail. ha!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I really like how Tread is laid-out. The bar area where you can sit and watch your bike being worked on is great. They have a wide assortment of mid to high-end gear and a nice selection of MTB and road bikes. Customer Service: Tread has a very attentive staff that are more than willing to help you out. I brought in my Stumpy 29'er for some hydraulic break issues. They looked at it right away! That had me sold. Usually I have to wait a week on any repairs at another popular bike shop in the area. Other Comments: They are new in the area, but it looks like Ford and Sean have the right setup and staff to do great. They have all my future business.
