Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Cambria is a full service shop that sells some entry level to high end stuff, from 3G, Bianchi, SC, Scott, Intense, Ellsworth and others. Customer Service: I have not had the same experience as the others. I have always had excellent customer service and for the most part, the staff has seemed very knowledgeable. The times that I asked a question and the employee didn't know the answer, they asked someone else and we got it figured out.
They typically have better prices than the other shops around and if they don't, they will price match. I even had them price match a Tracer frame from a website in CO and saved about 30%.
They give me realistic time lines for part orders and when an order came in from Chris King that was missing something, they worked at getting the missing part in right away, with no charge to me. ...And contacted me when it came in, unlike another shop in the area.
From my experiences, it's a great shop and I highly recommend it.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I was shopping for a new bike and went in here to look at a Santa Cruz Blur LT...especially knowing it was going to be coming out in a carbon version. I wanted to check sizing as I am a petite female. Well this place has some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. It took forever for someone to take the time to speak with me and there was only one other person in the shop. When I wanted to ask questions the sales person pointed in a general direction and said "why don't you go check over there" as I was looking for a small. No I'll help you with that...nothing. To say the least I spent my $5000 elsewhere.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Good online prices Customer Service: Have no clue about good service. Other Comments: I bought some brakes online a few weeks back and received the wrong model. I figured I would use what they sent me but the brakes werent even bled correctly. They went ahead and made another order for me (correct brakes) while I sent them the other model back. I had to eat the shipping. Finally the new ones came and the brake lever colors did not match and the brake line was about 6 inches too long. I am through with these guys. Maybe the price looks good on the internet but who knows what you will get. Go somewhere else and spend a few dollars more.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This is a review of the Web-site only. I have never been to the "bricks and mortar" location. It may well be great-the web-site is most definitely NOT. Customer Service: Poor, oh so very poor. Send the wrong thing, made me pay to return it and then wanted to charge me again to send the right thing. Furgitaboutit.

Downhiller Shop Summary: Largest selection of parts in the North Bay, friendly non pushy staff. Best bike shop around and definitely in town. Had bad service everywhere else. This place is home. Customer Service: a+ they couldn't be more helpful and not pushy like other shops that shove a bike or product down your throat.
