Shop Summary:
AWESOME shop! They have a lot of bikes with mostly medium to high end mountain bikes and they can order you just about anything based upon what you need and your budget.

Customer Service:
These guys know their stuff and take the time to learn about your riding and your budget to help you get the most bang for your buck. When it comes to taking your bike in to get serviced, they charge fair prices and don't try to up sell you. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my bike the way I trust them.

Other Comments:
I'm a very happy Breakaway Bikes customer. I got a "screaming deal" (as one of my rider buddies told me) on my 2011 Kona Hei Hei 29er I bought from them. I've also purchased some Shimano shoes, a Nite Rider Light, and Serfas glasses from them. My next purchase will be some shorts and a trunk rack.

Shop Summary:
Great Shop, the ydon't always carry the high end Bling gear,
but will special order anything with a quick turnaround. I just got a new CX bike from them (Jamis Supernova) A really positive attitude shop, you will not ever get the "Too cool for school" attitude that you get at some of the more 'racer oriented' shops in Sonoma County.
Good range of bikes, 26 and 29" MTBs, cruisers, road, hybirds, and CX as well.

Customer Service:
Great customer service. Phil excells at taking his time with each customer that comes through the door. The downside is that you might have to wait a bit when looking for help, but the guys from the back of the shop are all capable of coming out front and helping out. Another thing you don't always see at other local shops.

Other Comments:
Great shop, great service, competitive prices, and they support our local racing and riding scene. Phil personally comes out and volunteers at local CX and MTB races. The team guys all do trailwork in Annadel, and all volunteer a lot with the guys from Bikemonkey putting on races and rides and whatnots.

Shop Summary:
found them randomly right off the freeway in great location. Owner Phil greeted me with smile and asked me what I needed. Shop was busy but everyone was being helped. Employees are bike riders and they all had passion for riding bikes and helped me decide where to ride since I was from out of town.

Customer Service:
Owner did a simple adjustment to bike when i told him about a problem I was having at no charge. Made my next ride better. Cool people, good atmosphere and a fun local shop wish i lived closer to be able to hang out more often.

Other Comments:
Can't wait to come back maybe we will get out on our mountain bikes next time thanks for the good service
