Shop Summary:
as of last summer, this shop is under new ownership. the shop has been growing like a weed and now carries many, many brands. i won't make any comparisons to the david and goliath story...but this shop is packin more than a sling-shot!

Customer Service:
the customer service at cal bicycles is excellent! you can feel free to browse, but you won't get lost or feel overwhelmed. i've been a cal bicycles customer since 1995, and the shop has been through a lot. feel free to ask the shop employees about anything...no question is a dumb question.

Other Comments:
you should ride your bike to the shop...it's just kinda weird to drive a car to a bicycle shop.
