Shop Summary:
They have some good parts and bikes.

Customer Service:
I hate the workers, they are pretty much all kids who think they know best. I've met a few good workers there. But, I don't appreciate how the teenage workers treat their customers.

Other Comments:
Go to Scotts Valley bicycle works if you are willing to drive farther for better service and people who know what they are talking about.

Shop Summary:
OG shop for Mountain, Dirt jumpers and BMX.

Customer Service:
Like any shop it depends on who you talk to and when. If they have time to give you all their attention while you decide to buy a 35$ part they will. My friends and I have shopped with them for years. The few times I have needed shop work or special parts it's never been a problem. One time I busted a Alum frame I bought at the shop. They let me swap to a different frame on the spot. No waiting for warranty BS.

Other Comments:
I might get better treatment because of how long I've been going to the shop....but they are good at making you feel that your getting value from shopping with them.

Shop Summary:
Outstanding setup and a great selection of bikes. The pricing on the bikes is fair and the owner Rob is a great guy to deal with. My friends and I all frequent his shop at least once per month and even though the majority of us did not buy our bikes from his shop he treats them and us like we purchased the bikes from him. Great selection of parts and usually has everything in stock. Had a crank bolt missing when I took it in for a routine service and without hesitation Rob was in the back looking for another crank bolt. Found one and slapped it on and told me to have a great day!

Highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Customer Service:
Pat has worked on my bike and my friends numerous times and has always provided outstanding service and quick turn around times. He will give you a reasonable time for when the bike will be completed but 9 times out of 10 he finishes early. The post about this shop always being busy is true but that's a good thing as they do great work and it's where I go for jobs I can't do on my own.

Shop Summary:
Fantastic shop with a great selection of bikes, parts, and fantastic service, especially in regards to BMX bikes.

Customer Service:
I brought my BMX bike into the shop for a new spoke/nipple and a brake lever. Without any hesitation, Pat helped me find the parts I needed, and had them installed in 15 minutes, and this was ALL ON A BUSY WEEKEND! Can't deny the excellent customer service.

Shop Summary:
I came across this shop because they helped me out at a XC race. Rob the owner was there and took care of my bike like I was riding on a pro team. I then started going to the shop because they service Cannondale and not all shops can work on them.

After switching to DS and 4X racing I decided to buy a new bike. I found a used Intense Tazer HT. Not only did Calabasas agree to build it up but they noticed it was cracked and needed to be re-welded. They sent it back to Intense and managed the whole process of getting it back and painted. After getting it painted they built it with all the best components. Overall the experience was good despite challenges with Intense not getting me the frame back very quickly. Because Intense too so long to get me my frame I didn't have it ready for Sea Otter. Calabassas lent me a bike so that I can do the race. The posts that talk about them not caring or not interested in working on bikes not bought with them are probably unrealistic or just people that can't be made happy anywhere.

Customer Service:
If you can catch these guys while they are not busy the service is great. The problem is they are never ever not busy. I have even come in on a weekday in the winter and it was busy. My only problem with this is I think some of the service and repairs show signs of rushed work. This happens at all busy shops not just this one.

Other Comments:
They have all types of bikes. Maybe too many for my desires. I would like to see nothing but high end race bikes but i'm sure this works well for them.
