Shop Summary:
I've been going to Chain Reaction for years. Always get great service. It's always a pleasure going in there.

Customer Service:
They've always been fast, reasonable and they do good work.

Other Comments:
I'm writing this because - once again - I got more than I expected. Bought a Trek bike that came with very expensive non-Trek/Bontrager tubeless tires. One leaked air and the other wouldn't stay on the rim. The shop replaced them with Bontrager tires and everything is peachy once more. This may sound like it's the least they could do, but there's a catch. Because the tires aren't Trek-made, the shop might have to eat the cost. I'm not sure of their cost but the tires go for $180 online. I could say that this doesn't reflect well on Trek who sold the bike with these tires to Chain Reaction, but I'd rather say it just reflects well on Chain Reaction. They take care of their customers.

Shop Summary:
The shop has a large selection of Trek bikes as well as other brands

Customer Service:
The customer service is good, the sales staff is great. They will not work with you on price but the work they do fitting you to the bike is supurb.

Other Comments:
This shop will let you exchange your stem when ever you need to due to fit at no charge. This really sold me on this shop.
