Shop Summary:
Definitely a high-end shop with very knowledgeable staff. But you had better know exactly what you want when you walk in the door otherwise you will just waste your time. As with everything, money always talks.

Shop Summary:
I live very close to the Cupertino bike shop and would like to give them my business, but every time I go in there the experience is less than great. They come across aloof and not too helpful unless you are ready to plunk down thousands for a road bike.I really want to deal with a local shop but they make it very hard for me to do so.

Customer Service:
Fine but expensive, $60 to put two brake pads on my road bike.

Shop Summary:
Compared to the nearby Evolution bike shop, cupertino bike shop is a bit of a robbery. Prices are much more expensive, and they have service charges for random, 2 minute stuff.
In terms of actual service and stuff though, these guys are great. No problems there, they do a fine job fixing up a bike/tuning.

Customer Service:
If you want friendly people, go to evolution, just my personal opinion. Guys here have always been kind of elitist to a certain point, don't know whether that's because they're road bikers or just rude, but they won't go out of their way to help you.

Other Comments:
I don't come to cupertino lbs unless i absolutely can't help it, i personally feel that its tailored more for the numerous snobby road cyclists we see around the monta vista area.

Shop Summary:
High-End shop. Has the latest and the greatest. Is used to working on the top-shelf rides; be they mountain or road.

Check out the Saturday morning 7:30 am ride that leaves from the shop. 30 miles in about 2 hours with rollers the 1st half and 3 mini-climbs. Flats for the 2nd half.

Customer Service:
They know their stuff.

Shop Summary:
I've been doing business with Cupertino Bike Shop for more than 15 years. The shop offers a wide variety of bikes with a focus on the higher end. You won't find many kids bikes in the shop as they tend to focus on the more serious rider.

In the winter they host a spin class during some week nights, but I've never attended.

Customer Service:
They have always taken good care of me with very personal service. The mechanics know their stuff and and the shop has a relitively low turn over, so I'ave had the opportunity to get to know most of the guys that work there. Many of which are still friends even after moving on.

Other Comments:
They host a Saturday ride which is both fun and fast, and they even supply coffee after the ride, with an old school espreso machine located in the shop. The ride is no-drop with as many as 15 or so riders. Most Saturdays is 6 to 8 riders.
