Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I've only been to the shop once (last weekend actually) and spent about 15 minutes in it. I walked around aimlessly for about 10 minutes until an employee casually walked up and offered help after I greeted him. I'm not used to that, but I guess in the area it is more of a laid back atmosphere. He answered my questions, and had some good knowledge about frames and suspension, though. I really enjoyed the old dura ace stuff on display. They had some good shoe and helmet displays, nice stock, and kept relatively clean. Customer Service: Like I said, it seemed like it took too long to be approached, especially since I was the only one in the store... But, I can't bash them too bad for it, it is Capitola. But once finally approached, the salesman had good knowledge. I was surprised, though. I was the only customer inside on a Saturday afternoon, while 10 minutres before I was down the street at another shop and it was packed... Other Comments: This was the only shop Ive been to in a long long time that still sold the Livestrong bands. Glad to see they did. I bought two! Their prices were a little high, though...
