Shop Summary:
Been in here maybe twice, I am not saying it is a bad shop or a good shop because I have no experience in buying anything there.. mainly because my budget is around under $600.

Basically, they carry super high end bikes by my standards, cool nonetheless, but the Pleasanton shop does not have any of your standard $300, $400, $500, $600 buck MTBs to look at. Thats my only gripe.

Shop Summary:
This has to be by far the best bike shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The selection of bikes is HUGE both road and mountain, very high-end to the casual rider as well as a great selection of componants and accessories! Located in downtown Pleasanton, very accessible with lots of parking. It shares the building with Bank of America, you'll find it in the back parking lot to the right.

Customer Service:
Customer Service? OMG!!! I was about to give up on Mt. Biking all together as I unfortunately have chronic back pain that just seems to keep getting worse the older I get. I stumbled across this bike shop close to where I live and the next thing I know, the owner Joel, asks me a few questions regarding my bike/back issues, measures me up and I'm off demoing mt. bikes. With his knowledge, experience & professionalism combined with a variety of bikes (I actually only had to try 2) he had me so dialed in. My back doesn't hurt, my overall riding ability has improved tremendously and I've got a killer new Mt bike that fits like a glove. I just wish I could have found this shop back when I was racing!

Shop Summary:
Great shop! Way better than BP!
Sold me a $30 chain for $20!

Customer Service:
EXCELLENT! Very friendly, but on a busy day, expect to wait at least 2 minutes, at most 5.

Hands dirty from changing a tire, or installing a chain? They'll give you a hand wipe! =)

Other Comments:
GO HERE INSTEAD OF BP! These people are WAYYYYY better!
