Shop Summary:
A pretty good shop. Josh is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high for certain items, but this is one shop that will take care of you when you are in a pinch, and need some emergency repair.

Shop Summary:
Living in Marin I've got my choice of bike shops. I've visited them all, and this is hands down the best shop. It was recommended to me by a fellow mountain bike enthusiast, and I recommend Fairfax Cyclery to everyone now, whether it be a family looking for a kid's bike, or a downhiller, or a road cyclist. The mechanics know bikes inside and out, are always looking out for ways to improve your ride (without making a big dent in the wallet), and are just overall super nice.

Thanks to Brian, Brian, Josh, Tom and everybody else that has helped me out!

Shop Summary:
I needed some spacers for the top link on my 5.5, they ordered the parts no problem but, I was heading to North Star in two days. They took a new $2,000 frame off the wall and gave me the parts so I could enjoy my vacation. I didn't even buy the bike from them. Word up!

Shop Summary:
I love the guys who work there! All the guys do have a clue on how to run a cozy, neighborhood bike store! One can walk in and talk about the rides and get help on fixing up your bike when buying the parts!
The service is the best! Also Gravy Wheels is located in the store now!

Customer Service:
The best cust. service, and friendly. Josh makes some awesome cookies too!

Shop Summary:
Mostly GT bikes, the mechs know what they are doing. Brian and Tom worked at Gravy Wheels in San Anselmo when it was run by Steve Gravenites, and are real pros. They can figure out your problem fast! Only guys I want to have rebuilding my Fox forks.

Other Comments:
Some parts can be pricey, but figure out shipping costs and reasonable markup and its not too bad.
