Shop Summary:
Super clean nicely laid out. Specialized concept store. Not sure what happened to the people that were not happy, everyone here is great! Mechanics are top notch, Sales is helpful and friendly. They have actually done a few things for me and not charged me.
Jeff does the BG fits and is GREAT.

Everyone there has really taken the time to help me get what I want and am happy with.

Customer Service:
PRO. Period.

Other Comments:
Shop has kind of a boutique feeling. Sure, you can get a McLaren Venge there, but they also don't mind if you just buy some socks.

They have a sister store (bike peddler) I was looking at a bike at each store. I said that it would be better if I could try them back to back. A salesman actually ran down to the other shop and rod the bike back so I could demo them side by side.

Tha'ts customer service!

Shop Summary:
I bought my 2010 Stumpjumper at this shop, because i wanted to keep it local, and was treated like a kook. Yes I am new at the sport, but give me a break. I brought my bike in for it's so called free tune up, and it came back to me even worse than it went in. I brought it back again and said I don't care if it costs me just make it run properly., and it came back the same. I finally gave up on them and brought my bike to a shop in Rohnert Park and they had me back on my bike the very next day. it has been running perfect ever since. No iI do not recommend Nor Cal Bikes.

Customer Service:
Very poor. Everybody is just way to cool.

Shop Summary:
Beauty of a layout! Eyecandy galore! A bit tight on the parking lot. I came for Levi Leipheimer's Kings Ridge Gran Fondo and rented a bike instead of shipping mine. ($200 savings over flying with mine) Got onto one bad s-works roubaix for the fondo. Wish my legs were as good as the bike though. For sure comming back for a third year in the fondo.

Customer Service:
The staff seemed very knowledgeable and attentive even though there were about twenty customers milling about. Greg helped me out with the rental bike and Jim gave me info on a splended place for some grub. Thank you guys for the great ride ya know!

Shop Summary:
I really wanted to love this shop. I'm one of those rare consumers that will actualy pay higher prices for locally owned independent shops. I visited 3 or 4 times each time, thinking the bad experience might have been just bad luck and putting off judgment till I had given them a fair chance.

Visit 1. They wanted retail value for a rental bike. Advertised it as a immaculately maintained Demo bike but the thing was BEAT up, really beat up and obviously had not been serviced in a long time. Derailleurs out of wack, wheels out of true, dirty chain, scraped and dings on the frame and really dirty. When I politely asked for a better deal, they acted so offended, when they were only offering $100 off what other stores were charging for brand new leftover same year and model. The salesperson's attitude was snotty - like she was too good to be selling bikes to poor people who cant afford to buy new bikes for 4gs. Probably only works there for the discount on parts.
Visit 2.
Went to buy some gear after having purchased a $2000 dollar bike elsewhere. No greeting, but lots of chat behind the counter between the too cool for school employees.
Visit 3. (I am a glutton for punishment) Took my new bike (to me) in for a service as this is a performance shop and I wanted a pro to look over my machine even though they are more expensive than other local shops. Cut a long story short; the cables were not lubed, the derailleurs were adjusted badly, and the brakes were rubbing.
