Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Bike Warrior goes above and beyond with service. My wife & I purchased two Felt cruiser bikes and the next day I had flat tire about 5 miles from home. I called the shop on my cell to see if they were open. They came and picked me up, replaced the tube and installed sealant in both my tires and my wife's bike tires no charge. This shop is great!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: A family owned local shop with mid and high end Mt bikes and road bikes. I bought a Intense 5.5 with Shimano XT, Rock Shox Pike and Avid disks. It was set up exactly how I wanted it, I got a good deal and Ray adjusted it to fit me and my riding style. Customer Service: Ray really know and loves Mt Bikes. Excellent customer service, quick turn around and the job is done right. They even cleaned my bike after it was serviced. Ray's attention to detail is outstanding. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone in the LA Valley area.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Bike Warrior is the place to go for all of your cycling needs, whether you ride the dirt, ride the road, or swing both ways. Ray, the Bike Warrior, owns and runs this relatively new shop in the San Fernando Valley and has over 20 years of experience in the business. He sells Scott, Intense, Felt, Colnago, and Cannondale, including everything from cruisers to recreational to race bikes in all categories. If the bike you want is not in the store, Ray will get it for you. In addition to the great bikes, you can also pick up all of your accessories and parts at the Bike Warrior. I drive out to the shop from the south bay past Helen's, Wheelworld, and everything in-between because I know I will get quality and personal service from Ray. Customer Service: Ray provides great customer service to all of his customers. When your rig needs repair, he will do it quickly and correctly--whatever the sacrifice on his part. When you are ready to build up your next rig, he will work with you on parts selections, setup, and price. Best of all Ray lives and breathes bikes, so he is a tremendous resource for any rider type. You will not find his level of customer service anywhere else. Other Comments: For a long time I was left to using mail order for most of my bike needs because I do not care for the bike shops near me. I found Ray last year when I was ready to step up to an Intense 6.6 from an old Gary Fisher Sugar. He had the bike in stock and helped me build it up with the right parts--it's a trail eating machine. Since then, Ray has provided the necessary service and adjustments to keep this rig in top riding condition.
Now Ray is working with me on replacing my broken road bike with a Scott Addict. My LeMond got crushed when a driver drove her car into me en route to the LA Bike Tour--RIP. I look forward to the upgrade, though.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Great Shop Owner that stock his shop with lots of cool stuff, from full-on Scott downhill rigs and Road bikes to cool looking beach cruisers.
I'd definitely look them up before you buy from anywhere else, they can definitely expect my future business. Check them out,
Great value, prices, and Best of all SERVICE !!!
Customer Service: Ray is exceptional, His knowledge and passion for bicycling combine to make the best service experience you could ask for.
Talk about service, my sl developed a leaky shock, when I spoke with Ray he said bring it in. When I got to the shop Ray had taken the shock off of his bike and was ready to install it on mine, So I could keep riding.
Service is beyond 5/5 and more like 10/5..
You will not get this kind of service anywhere else.
Other Comments: I'm new to the bike scene and Ray has taken the time to help with the purchase and setup of my 1st Bike a Scott Ransom 40, That my son took over So I had to make my 2nd purchase of a Ransom SL so we both could ride !!!!! (All happened with in a 2 month span)
Even if I don't need to buy anything for my ride's ,
I always feel comfortable going in just to say hi and hang out.

Downhiller Shop Summary: Bike Warrior may be relatively new but the owner and manager, Ray, definitely is not. I have often complained about the absence of a good, honest LBS in the San Fernando Valley but this is no more after finding Bike Warrior. Quality bikes, parts and services is easy to find at this shop. Customer Service: What really sets this shop apart from others is the owner Ray. He has lived and breathed bikes for many years in Europe and America and understands how to relate to customers whether they are new to the sport or serious racers of cross country or downhill. Service is second to none and any bike brought here will undoubtedly leave in vastly superior condition that it was brought in. You will no longer have to rely on distant bike shops and web sites once you have discovered Bike Warrior. Other Comments: Check it out, You will not be disappointed!
