Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
I just happened into this shop when looking for another. as I was drooling over my dream bike. the shop guy explained everything on the bike and how it worked and where certain parts had been shaved from previous years parts to save weight. I was really impressed with his knowledge. this guy knows what he's talking about.

The shop is small but packed with goodies. If they dont have what you are looking for they'll get for you quick. Customer Service:
Customer service is awesome, the mechanics/ sales people can talk tech. with you and you can pick their brains and they'll enjoy. The guys love riding and it shows when they talk to you. They are very friendly and quite attentitive. Other Comments:
i just built up a blur 4x through them and they did a great job on the build and they asked alot of questions to get the bike set up for me and for what i want to do with it. This isnt the first bike ive bought through them. They can tell you about most other brands that they dont carry and they are honest with you, they wont sell you what you dont need

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
The shop is a bit on the small side, but is packed with pretty much anything you'll need, otherwise they seem more than happy to quickly order it for you. Customer Service:
The owner and shop staff really try to accommodate their costumers, and clearly work had to do so. Everyone at the shop is friendly, and easy going. Good costumer service overall.

It's a bike shop located near the Brea mall. Customer Service:
I recently had a Nomad built up at 2 wheeler dealer and got great service. The bike was built up faster than expected. They also got me parts that I needed that were out of stock very quickly. Major props to the people that work there. Other Comments:
Great shop. I will definitely be getting my parts from there from now on.
