Shop Summary:
The great people at Banning's ride there bikes, and they have great enthusiasm for cycling and the community. From what I've experienced, they only stock the products that they believe in . . . and are very knowledgeable in all branches of cycling. They're mechanical quality is outstanding on account their their clean workshop and veteran mechanics. The shop is clearly organized, and has lots of bike "eye-candy" throughout. They also invest a lot of effort in their cycling community via bike events, rides, and special quests. It's a place you gotta check out.

Customer Service:
They clearly have great focus on accommodating their costumers, which can be seen by their lounge area, and well organized shop. From the moment you talk with one of their associates (especially Banning) you get the feeling that they want to work with you to get the bike, fit, product, or knowledge you are looking for. I have never been disappointed with their service, and although I've moved and now live hours away from their shop, I still plan to do business with them in the future.

Other Comments:
I've never worked at Banning's, or have any financial gain from their shop. I'm just a happy costumer.
