Shop Summary:
Dave is a awesome mechanic. He has attended to my adjustments while I wait if the shop is not busy. Gina also is a fine wrench turner and really knows her bikes, equipment and apparel.

Customer Service:
Gina, Dave and their staff are always friendly and willing to spend whatever amount of time with customers, helping you with your needs. They take their time to custom fit new bikes to the individual. Gina took a lot of time with my wife who recently had knee surgery, fitting her and searching for the correct bike for her. She even directed her to our local "YMCA" for rehab classes in the pool. She truly cares about her customers and the cycling community, leading rides and participating in many events.

Other Comments:
I really feel comfortable having my very technical bikes worked on at this shop. Competent service technicians, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, and quality bikes and components. All at a great price. You can't beat that!

Shop Summary:
Gina and the two Daves are great. As a woman it is good to have an LBS owner who knows the girl side of the business. Whether recommending a bike or a pair of shorts, Gina says it straight from her experience as a first-rate athlete. Repairs are fast and reasonable, and bike come with free lifetime adjustments. Not only are they friendly and caring they know their business. I think they should put in a coffee bar.

Shop Summary:
Full service, good selection, local people who ride the same trails we do.

Customer Service:
After trying all the shops in town, my friends in the BOMB group sent me here. David and Gina genuinely care and always have me on the trail the same day. Their prices are fair, and the work is great. It's unusual to find a shop where the people are happy to give advice, and even show you how to do simple maintenance when you pick up your bike.
