Shop Summary: Ordered 5 items only 2 arrived. JensonUsa rep said item was shipped and expect in 3 days, its already 2 weeks. after customer service said the item was shipped and been waiting for them, after 2 weeks I was told that it was never ship. Who know I might wait another 2 weeks

Shop Summary: It is great online retailer, and good Corona store. They have excellent price and sales. prompt delivery. And great no questions asked 30 day return policy on ALL items, which is just outstanding.
Customer Service: Their customer service at Corona store is excellent and those guys there are awesome.
Their only weakness, that I have experienced, is that when you call their main online retail number regarding online orders, there are couple a*%holes who man the phone. This is not to take away from the excellence of the policy and prices of the company itself, but just an unpleasant experience to deal with these couple a*%holes who man the phone. And because of this I cannot give 5 stars.

Shop Summary: I bought so many parts for my bike from this shop, and they are
always ship parts out so fast.
I usually receive parts within a week.
They have anything you can name it.
They also pack parts nice. I have never had problem about
broken parts when I received.
This shop is the my most favorite online bike shop.

Shop Summary: You name it, they carry it. Or just about. I have used Jensen's for my parts upgrade supplier and they have carried what I needed. They also do price matching which has been outstanding. I have been very pleased with their stocking and selection. Even when I have had to wait for stock it's been quick. I am lucky as I can go to either store for my requirements.
Customer Service: Outstanding!!! All there staff is knowledgable, friendly, and will go out of their way to help. When I needed to replace my forks, I went to the Corona store where they walked me through all my options for the type of bike and riding I do to make the right choice. They were never focused on price, but making sure I got the right part.
Other Comments: If you are picking up at will call, you'll deal with Steve or CeCe. Both are outstanding customer service reps.

Other Comments: Order placed online over a week ago, and still no product shipped. Call them to find out that one of the things I had ordered is on back order. They would not ship the other things I purchased until the back ordered item is received. Asked for upgraded shipping and was told "sorry". No where during ordering did it mention that any thing was not on hand. Will take my business else where next time.
