Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: High end bike shop with focus on mountain biking and some road bikes.
They carry and stock a huge inventory of high end components, frames, bikes, and clothes that will make you drool! Walking in to this store is better than going to a candy store as a kid. Customer Service: Very knowledgeable staff that all actively ride mountain bikes. Other Comments: I bought an IBIS Carbon Mojo from this shop and was very pleased with the total experience. I worked with Kevin and Mike and together they set the bike up perfectly for me and my riding style. Mike spent time with me to set the shocks and fork up so that I could enjoy the bike right from the start. (I have not had to make any adjustments.)
The technicians are very knowledgeable and can troubleshoot or fix anything. They have helped me when others could not find the problem.
When you want the best, try this shop.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This is a fairly small store, but with real focus on carrying quality rigs and gear. I passed by the store many times on my way to work in Lake Forest, but never thought to stop there. I later found out that they were the local Santa Cruz dealer. When I finally went in, they had a decent selection of Santa Cruz bikes on the floor, which is unusual because most of the Santa Cruz dealers in the area don't actually stock anything. I learned this after calling 3-4 SC dealers in OC. Customer Service: My first visit was just to check out the Santa Cruz Blur XC, and Kevin helped me - A very knowledgeable and very helpful person. I later returned to purchase the bike and Mike (owner) hooked me up. After purchasing the bike, they changed out my seat collar for free! Also, get this: The bike doesn't come with pedals (standard). I actually had some on order, but they weren't in yet. Mike gave me a new set of pedals without any deposit, with the understanding that I would drop off my new pedals to the shop when they came in (same brand, model, color). That way, I didn't have to wait to ride. Excellent customer service overall!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I just got my Turner 6 Pack built up at The Bike Co. I took in on a late Thursday afternoon with all the parts and the bike was already built the next morning when the shop opened. Wow... these guys are very fast and they did an awesome job on the build-up. I highly recommend this shop if you have a high-end bike. They will do it right and fast. Everything is professionally done! If you have a Turner, Intense or Santa Cruz frame, I highly recommend taking it to The Bike Co for a Pro built. The guys working there are pretty cool, too. Customer Service: Highly recommended customer service at THE BIKE CO. Other Comments: The best in O.C.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: The best most knowledgeable shop ever - and I been in loads. These guys always seem to be the firstest with the mostest. TBC is currently putting out some Ibis carbon stuff in mtn and road http://www.ibiscycles.com/ IMO the best deal in road frames out there.
Check out the Jabberwocky! 29er frames here.
Customer Service: I was riding a GF 292 two years ago on the road mostly and was always hitching in to TBC to get flats fixed. They’d kvetch about it but they always stopped to fix ‘em for me. Sometimes I’d just stop to use the potty and I seldom spent much money there but everyone is very good natured, even when they’re hung over. Other Comments: If you’re going to spend serious money on a Turner or 6.6 or Nomad or Ibis get it done right here
