You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
I have stopped into the shop several times and usually been helped quickly and efficiently.

The older guys in there know what they are doing, are intelligent and eager to help. The owner's wife, Andy, is chatty, personable and helpful too. She does ride, as do most of the people working there. The younger guys don't seem to be as focused on customer service. My family owns a car dealership, so I know what customers deserve.

Back in May, Joe and Phil found the perfect bike for me-- a blue and cream beach cruiser. I wanted it checked out, cleaned and polished after a week at the beach. One of the young guys said "We only do mechanical work here, we don't do detailing." I was willing to pay. Thank goodness Phil, who sold me the bike, said "Sure, we'll clean it up and try to get the scratches out of the paint." He did a great job and made certain I was happy, even loading it into my car when he was done.

I stopped by a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and the staff was dancing and goofing around. It took them a long time for them to come to grips with the idea that I was ready to buy something and needed to pay for my merchandise. By the time they had figured out I was interested in paying, I had lost my patience, gotten frustrated and left.

It was a completely different shopping experience on the following Sunday when the more mature employees were present. I was helped immediately. They made me feel that my business was really wanted and they cared that I was happy with my purchases.
