You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
Nice selection of bikes and great service. I like Bike Attack because they gave me the best deal on my Intense Spider and they don't bullsh** you. I received plenty of free service from them because I'm a loyal customer. They know their parts because they test ride them first before they sell them.

Customer Service:
Friendly and very knowledgeable.

Shop Summary:
This shop used to cater to DOWNHILL only! The owner Ericson races All Mountain, so he knows what he's talking about. They sell Intense and Foes, the highest end of them all, but GT and KHS also. Nowadays they sell everything, even beach cruiser and they seem to have a huge Fixie crowd, because the other owner and some mechanics are into them. This is one of my favorite stores in the area.

Customer Service:
Friendly and very helpful. Service is great, they hook you up when you buy a bike from them and even beat some online store prices.

Shop Summary:
Nice selection of bikes you hardly find anywhere else and people who know how to ride them.
The owners and most mechanics all ride themselves and therefore recommend the good stuff that won't break.

Customer Service:
Friendly people and knowledgeable service.

Been there once

Shop Summary:
I recently went in to the Santa Monica location for a routine brake bleed on my front brake. Half an hour later i am told and shown that neither brakes work or are fixable. Immediately after one of the "owners" tries to sell me brakes for "the best price." The prices he gave me were almost $200 more than most online bike mail orders, so I tell them I will hold off. Just then, the mechanic says "...uh let me try something I saw on the internet." All of the sudden the brakes work again WOW! I am out $40 for the mechanic time and my bike is exactly how it was when I brought it in. I ended up fixing the problem myself. I was referred to this shop by a few friends whom I have all told never to come here again. These guys are ridiculous and will rip you off. My guess is that they are used to wealthy people coming in and spending anything no questions asked. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Customer Service:
Friendly but do not be decieved.

Other Comments:
I know Bike Attack from Berlin, when I used to live in Germany, and I always loved the atmosphere and the way they handle customers. its not only to buy a bike or parts but to share the biking experience and get some knowledge and chat a bit.

When I was in LA early this year I found the same spirit there. They do not only sell bikes, they live bikes. That’s the difference.
