Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Good selection of bikes... parts are ok. The manager in Chino, Jason, is great to work with. As stated before in other posts, the owner is a grouch, or that typical roadie elitist dick we have all met. At least he has the good sense to higher a much more customer oriented staff.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Great selection on bikes and parts at RETAIL PRICE unless there's a special going on. More road bikes then mt. bikes. Customer Service: This is for the shop at Chino. They are ruined with bad attitude. They don't wanna do any REPAIR, instead they just do installation. So don't expect they would take a step further if you have problems with your bike. They'll just tell you to get a new part or a new bike. Other Comments: I'd say avoid it.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Nice selection...I thought the owner was not very personable Customer Service: Late 2004, Employees were great...owner was a grouch...when I brought my bike back in for a tune-up....(I live in the high desert)...and asked if they could do it while I wait (even a few hours)...owner, again, was a grouch Other Comments: Until they make a public relations change, I will stick with Helens, where I bought my other Cannondales...again, late 2004...maybe things have improved

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I've only been to the Pasadena location, which has a pretty big selection of bikes, especially Cannondale and Specialized. After frequenting InCycle and various other shops for a few years, I've come to the conclusion that IC is one of the best around. They stock a helluva lot of parts and are knowledgeable enough that they don't answer "HUH?" when you tell them what semi-obscure part you need. If they don't stock it, usually they can get it from one of their other stores within a day. Nice selection of nutritional stuff, shoes, clothes, etc.
As for mechanical service, I do most of my own work but I'm lost when a wheel needs truing. I took a nastily tweaked wheel there and they made it like new for $15. Customer Service: I have no complaints. I bought a new bike there in 2006. When it had problems with the bottom bracket, they were helpful in getting me an upgraded replacement while crediting for the old one.
I've yet to encounter any bad attitudes from the hired help. I actually enjoy going into their shop, and I can't say that about many bike stores.
