Shop Summary:
Well stocked, and well run. They carry Mid to High-end street and mountain bikes, and even beach cruisers and family bikes. FANTASTIC repair shop. Incredibly knowledgeable staff. The only shop I go to now, even if I have to bypass 10 other shops. I can't recommend this shop enough. Whether you need a tube, need repairs, or are going to buy a new bike, this is the place to go. I don't trust my bike with anybody other mechanic. This is the last and only shop you need to go to. They will not be undersold, especially on Scott bikes. Great atmosphere, great prices, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, courteous, and fun. The owner even showed me some awesome local trails. I thought I knew every trail in the area. great place to network. Whether your a beginner or a racer, you will love this place, TRUST ME! I am not easily impressed by bike shops, but Bike warrior is the real deal. I was treated as if I was a shop team rider the first time I went in there. I hate to give away the secret, but I guess the cat is out of the bag already, with all the other reviews before mine. I can't think of anything bad to say, except that their hours are limited.

Customer Service:
Very personal and comfortable environment. You will be treated like you are Neil Armstrong. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. See if you can catch Ray. He's the best person to talk to if you are a seasoned rider. They will save you money by telling you exactly what you need, and nothing more. The first time I went in there, I needed a new rear wheel, I took the owner's word on what I should get, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive wheel in the shop. He was honest and sold me the best product for the money. He even split up a pair of wheels to save me money. The service here is unmatched by any other shop in the valley. The only shop that even comes remotely close is 40miles away. So if you want to feel like you are a pro rider and get treated the same, this is the place.

Shop Summary:
Clean and well stocked. Bikes in View as well as rideable.Nice selection of different styles as well. Great location.

Customer Service:
I bought a Felt HotWheels Commemorative Cruiser from Ray, Beautiful bike and great price. I pre-ordered it and when it came in I was excited and picked it up right away. I rode it up and down the street for ten or fifteen minutes and thought I liked it. I took the bike home and didn't ride it again for a couple of weeks. After riding it for a few miles of actual straight riding time, I decided it was not a bike I would likely ride much. I talked with Ray about my mistake in purchasing that bike. He was very, very, very accomodating in taking care of getting me a bike I will ride.
The customer service here should be the rule, not the exception.
Understanding what the customer wants and trying to match you with a bike is critical for a great time on two wheels. This shop goes out of their way to please the customers.
Thanks Ray

Definitely worth traveling a few miles...

Shop Summary:
Many positive things can be said, but I'll wrap it up short and sweet. Ray carries and can get the best equipment, the odd ball things that make our rides our own and reliable. My Scott Scale 20 is ready to take on the trails for recreational riding, training and racing.

Customer Service:
Ray makes sure all things are in order prior to leaving the shop. He simply won't let his customers ride borderline set ups. He knows bikes period. Knows all the tricks to get you back on the road or trail.

Other Comments:
I hear they call him Crazy Ray. I call him the best no BS bike guy in the valley. If you want a flashy glamorous shop don't bother the Bike Warior. If you want good prices, service, exceptional bike knowledge and advice go see Ray and then get out and ride.

Shop Summary:
I was visiting LA from Dallas and didn't know the local trails at all. Ray took time to show me detailed trail maps. His shop is very conveniently located near Topanga State Park and the surrounding trails. In fact, you can even ride from the shop. He set me up with a sweet bike. His product knowledge and service are second to none. I will definitely swing by whenever I'm in town and try to catch a ride with him.

Customer Service:
Excellent service!

Shop Summary:
Ray sells mid, to high, to ultra high end bicycles and acessories. The shop is nice and he seems to stock everything he sells, which is nice.

Customer Service:
Fantastic, Ray has gone far over my expectations of how I feel a customer should be treated. I have had a couple of issues with my Scott Ransom (all because I am a larger rider that really abuses the bike)and Ray has taken care of the problems immediately and for a great price, gratis.

Other Comments:
Ray has really made me and my family feel like we are part of his shop not just customers. He is extremely knowledgeable and also is a great resource for riding tips and great trails.
