You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
I went here to support my LBS and try and build a relationship. I have been in there several times and I got my bro in law to buy a bike there.

Customer Service:
Since I have been going there I have only had one positive experience with a young kid employee. He was very helpful, but the owner is and angry and bitter man. He yells at employees and customers. And when you want something he doesnt have in stock you can see the disgust on his face.

One month after buying a MTN Bike, my bro in law took it in to get a tune up and they said it was fine and it clearly was no shifting right. So I did the tune up for him myself.

Other Comments:
Since this is a close a bike shop, I gave it one more try when my mom wanted help buying a bike. First off his selection was poor, but we were willing to order something, but he only wanted to sell her a mans bike. My mom wanted a woman specific mountain bike and would have waited for the right one.

Well he argued with us until we drove down to REI and bought her one that day.

Its almost like he doesnt want any other business than little BMX kids who he can bully.
