Customer Service:
This review is regarding their website and customer service. I ordered 3 items with a fair warning that it would take up to 7 days to ship. 10 days later, I called customer service and asked why I had not received a shipping notice yet. They said that the order was waiting on one of the items that was back ordered and would take several weeks to receive. There was no courtesy email to let me know this rather I had to check up on it. Customer service was helpful with canceling the one item that was back ordered in order to ship the remaining items . Two days later I called again to check on the status because still no email of shipping confirmation. Gabe was the employee helping me and sounded a bit disinterested in finding out the status. When asked if it would arrive prior to a race the following weekend he became a bit annoyed and gave a quick and vague answer. Awkwardly, I hung up the phone. The shipping confirmation finally was emailed to me hours after that last phone call. In total, it took nearly 3 weeks to receive my order just in time for an IronMan Tri when I had already enough things on my plate to deal with.

Other Comments:
I will not shop online with them due to poor communication. If you live in the area and shop at the store it is probably a better experience.

Shop Summary:
I only ordered online. They have a good Web site, with very good prices. Their site had some technical issues with changing my password,but that was resolved quickly.

Customer Service:
I spoke to Gabe in person when I was having issues with their Web Site and he sent me an email when it was resolved. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

Other Comments:
They had the best price on a hard to find part.

FIRST OF ALL i NEVER review anything but these people really suck.


are they f'in kidding me!? i order a pair of gloves from them b/c they were the cheapest on google shopping list. mistake #1.

i got an email from then a week after my product was ordered saying it was shipped. well i checked their website and it said differently. over TWO weeks after my order was placed their website gives me a tracking number, it will be here in a week. 3 weeks to get a product is horrendous.

i also emailed then saying what is taking so long and they play it off like it's nothing (apparently this is a normal occurrence for them) and said it's being processed and will be shipped soon. two weeks to "process" an order, please is this 1989??? DON'T ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT unless you like you orders canceled or to take a month.

I placed my order online and received a confirmation. Almost a week later, I received a cryptic note stating that my order had been canceled. This despite that their website stills shows the item as available. Very unprofessional organization. Buyer beware.

Beyondbikes.com has no credibility at all, I ordered a mounting kit with a stated ship date of 0 to 5 days, two weeks later I write to them, and they just let me know that they are trying to source the parts, a month later I look up the order and it has been cancelled by them unilaterally without giving me any notice.

Save your time, and go to a trusted site, not to Beyondbikes.com
