Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Action Cyclery
A great bikeshop that offeres friendly service the other shops in the area can't compete with. Dan, the owner, has a good selection of bikes and will special order on request.
Stocks Diamondback, Haro, Marin, Masi, DBR, Del Sol, and other bikes, unicycles, and accessories.
Shop Summary: Local bike shop that provides excellent personal service on a timely basis. What could be better for a serious cyclist!
Customer Service: I ride all over the world, big miles on rough chip seal roads like New Zealand and Australia, as well as east county San Diego. I am hard on my bike and Dan and the crew keeps me rolling. They provide the best cutomer service I have ever recieved at a local bike shop. Thanks for having me ready to go worry free at my Ironamn triathlons.

Shop Summary: If you want a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful bike shop, then this is the shop for you.
This is NOT a 'bike superstore', but a independant local shop, with just a few employees who will spend the time to help you out.
They've got a good selection of Mountain Bikes and all the usual accessories.
Customer Service: Dan, the owner, is great. I've stopped in multiple times looking for hard to find parts. He's always spent the time to help, and is happy to special order what ever your looking for. I needed a $7 13mm-15mm combo axle cone wrench. He spent the time looking it up in the catalog, checking with his supplier and got it in for me within a couple of days. All this for a couple of dollars profit.
Some of the larger 'bike superstores' have more selection on the shelf, but I've found the employees often too busy taking phone or internet orders to be of much help.
Other Comments: P.S. they're open on Sundays at 9:30am...
