Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
I ordered online, so I can only speak to that.
I found bikebling through google adds when I was shopping for a Fox Fork. They had a sale on 2009 'closeouts' - prices that were great, and superb when factoring in the 10% coupons floating around.
I placed an order for a fork. A few week passed, and nothing changed on the status. I called to inquire on status and they told me they would send out an 2010 upgraded fork. I didn't really expect that, or even want that - but was impressed with the service.
A couple of days later, I had the 2010, upgraded fork at my house - at a price -significantly- lower than any other shop out there.
I have no complaints. Like anything, if you need it asap, buy local and not mail order. I'll definitely shop there again.

Also, they set service expectations that they can meet. To me, this is a very important part of the shopping experience. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner and they repaired a problem that three other mechanics could not! I am very satisfied!

Like the reviewer below, I have only dealt with Bike Bling online. They seem to have a great selection of parts and gear along with very competitive prices. Customer Service:
Very good customer service. The fork I wanted wasn't immediately in stock but they told me it would be able to be shipped out the following week. Sure enough the fork shipped when they said it would. I was willing to wait because Bike Bling had the best prices on these forks on the web. When I emailed them for status they got right back to me. Great communication!!! Other Comments:
I am already planning another purchase from Bike Bling. Great selection,prices and service!!!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
My only dealings with the shop were via an on-line purchase (I live in another state), even though I needed to pick "been there once" to make this posting. Customer Service:
I purchased a Campagnolo Record (2008) compact crank set on-line. Kerry (of Bike Bling) was diligent in attempting to meet the lowest on-line advertised price and notified me when he was unable to meet it. He carefully searched available suppliers in an effort to arrange the lowest possible price for this component. He contacted me both by telephone and e-mail whenever a decision was needed prior to the purchase. He made every effort to expedite shipping. I was entirely satisfied and would make additional purchases without any hesitation.
