Racer Shop Summary:
I have been to this shop a number of times. The owner(kerry) is a prick. He used to work at Beyond Bikes and would screw everybody there. He is a shady individual, who pulls shady things all the time. A friend who used to work there has informed me of his scams that he pulls everyday.Like paying his employees under the table to avoid taxes, and then never pays them what he says.
LISTEN TO ME FOLKS. THIS GUY IS TWO FACED AND WILL SCREW YOU ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
shop is appropriately named. visited there with my 9 year old son, whose eyes upon entering, grew as large as silver dollars. he's a bmx racer but was impressed with the road and mountain bike inventory. the layout is nice. you don't feel engulfed by all the products like in some bike shops. Customer Service:
was immediately greeted and helped with my purchase. my son was even given a complimentary item. Other Comments:
can't wait to shop there again because there prices are fair and they seem to have the hard to get items.

Racer Customer Service:
Kerry went out of her way to see that I had what I needed come race day. Anybody can sell products but, customer service is what matters most.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
I just placed an order for 3 Blackburn Flea front lights. I inquired about the price yesterday afternoon and had a response later that night, honoring the price-match. And after going for a ride this afternoon, to my surprise I received an email informing me that my order has been shipped.
My experience has been 110% pure satisfaction. A big thumbs-up to Kerry.
