Shop Summary:
The owner of this store, Dave, has no integrity, and shouldn't be allowed to do business. I paid a down payment and left the bike to have fenders and basket added. Upon returning 5 days later, nothing had been done. So I waited 45 minutes while it was done. Unfortunately the fenders weren't the same color and I asked to have them removed. He offered to refund the fender price...( 25.00 plus tax.)He refunded the 25, but not the tax. He told me I was being anal. I said I was only be fair and legal. He said it's just a cheap used bike anyhow. At this point Dave became hostile and intimidating. He held on to the bike saying I couldn't have it. I had already paid for it. He got in my face and in a threatening tone said rude things to me and my teen-aged daughter. (There were no other customers present.) Eventually we left, shaking, with the bike while he continued to mutter rude remarks about us. I will never do business with him again, and hope that you won't either.

Customer Service:
Abominable. Please do NOT give him your business.

Shop Summary:
They spam the crap outta Craigslist while it clearly states that craigslist is not for businesses. The crusers they have for rent are poorly maintained and the ones they have for sale can be had at wal-mart for almost half the price.

Customer Service:
There isn't any

Other Comments:
Stop spamming craigslist. We will flag you until the end of time.

Shop Summary:
The shop has mainly beach cruisers for rentals along with a few mountain bikes and bike trailers.

Customer Service:
Worst customer service I have ever had at a business of any type. We were looking to rent 2 mountain bikes and a trailer for a 2 - 3 hour ride. My husband inspected his bike and found that it wouldn't work for a ride of 28 miles. I inspected my bike and thought that it would work. I went to rent the bike and I was told that he wouldn't take our business. The worker, Dave then told my husband good luck on finding a bike for his racing. The rental contract clearly states that you inspect the bike before leaving.
