Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice shop. I hadn't been here before and I needed some service since moving north from Chula Vista. I had no idea what bike shops were near me. Luckily I found this review site and made my decision based on what the people had said. Customer Service: I was lucky and got to the shop pretty much right when it opened at 10am. Thanks to this site! Chris greeting me as soon as I came in. Of course I was the only one there. Dragging my two wheels with me, I proceeded to let him know what I needed. He got my tires`n tubes right there and put them on. I think I was in the shop a whole 10 minutes. Other Comments: Nice selection of bikes, but they seemed to be heavily leaning towards Giant. I might just get a nice cruiser for my wife here. Keep up the good work guys!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Nice looking shop. Tons of inventory. Comparable or better pricing. Customer Service: The guys here are great and extremely knowledgeable. No matter what your price range is, they wont hack you or bring you down trying to upsell the "top of the line" products. I shopped around for my full suspension and never received the customer service service i expected till i set foot in this shop. I tried going to beyond bikes first but was treated poorly and 2nd rate. I felt like unless i was waiving money in front of there faces they were not willing to share there knowledge. This was not at the case at bicycle warehouse. I knew after talking to the guys who work here that this would be the place i purchased my bike and I am very glad. I could go in there with not a cent in my pocket just looking for information and receive the same treatment as someone who is willing to drop big bucks. Even though there are many shops closer to me, I will only go here, even for the smallest things like chain lube and spare tubes. Other Comments: In conclusion, i would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I have taken my bike back several times for minor adjustments and they treated me fairly and never once gave me a hard time. I have delt with morgan, jeff, christos, and chris and they all are cool guys who are more interested in sharing there knowledge of the sport then making a sale. Being the customer, i really appreciated this. Cheers!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I've had my BLT1 in a bunch of times for service and never had any problems. They handled a warranty issue with the rear triangle without a problem. When I bought my bike there I asked if they'd switch out Sram for XT components and did without a problem. One of the full-time staff worked for a major mfg and knows the business. Customer Service: The staff goes out of their way to help riders whether it be selecting a bike, answering questions about the latest suspension improvements or whatever. Customer service has been excellent in my experience. I'll continue to take my bike there - I trust this shop.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice looking shop, with nice inventory of bikes. Every time I walk into the shop its like a ghost town. Customer Service: Maybe shop is understaffed but I took my wheel in to have spoke(1) repaired and it took 3 day to get done. This may be the norm but I'm fairly sure it doesnt take three days to fix a wheel.
