Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Been going to this shop for over a year now which should pretty much say a lot. The store has gone through a lot of changes recently with new stuff all the time. Lots of new bikes; mountain and road, and lots of new gear. The crew there always treats me right and answer all my questions. They all ride and I have even gone out a few times with them. The older guy doesn't look like much but the guy can climb pretty good. The mechanic Tom is the best anywhere. I've recommended him to a lot of my buds and no complaints. Customer Service:
Always top notch on customer service. I always get a hi and friendly conversation. No hassles on returns and they price match to boot. Other Comments:
I would recommend this shop to anyone. Besides, In-N-Out is right next door!

Shop is laid out quite nicely. The people are pretty cool. Tom recently isntalled a fork on my Reign and did a fantastic job. Way to go Tom! Their web site kinda sucks. Customer Service:
Like I stated, Tom the service guy did a good job on my bike. Kinda reminds me of Tommy Chong, lol. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a headset on Nov 21, 2008, after receiving an e-mail informing me that it was in stock, and didn't arrive at the store until December 4th or 5th. A long time, for an in-store pick up. Other Comments:
All things considered, the store is well kept and the staff very professional. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Nice shop with a good selection of accessories. I have not bought a bike there yet, only a hydration system and a NiteRider HID light system. Customer Service:
They take the time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction, and their technical knowledge is great. The thing that really stands out for me is when I bought my HID light, they replaced the whole system without question when I experience an issue with the charger. Other Comments:
As I have not had them do work on my bike, I cannot attest to the skills of the mechanics, but when I talked to them about bike issues and work I was doing myself, they had good answers and were helpful.

Nicely organized, deep store (seems so long like it goes forever). All types of bikes: kids, road, mountain, comfort, high end, entry level and everything in between is here. Lots of great accessories and parts too. Price matching and 150% 30 day price guarantee are offered. Customer Service:
Team members are very friendly and knowledgeable. They can guide you throught the most basic understanding of why different bikes are designed and what application you can use them for. They can also talk to you about fitting and set ups for racing or improving your skills. Other Comments:
The service here is unreal. These guys (Diego, Tom and Mike) really, really know what they are doing in the service area. Bring in whatever problem you have and you will be amazed. They really are THAT good.
