Shop Summary:
This shop seems more geared for the BMX crowd and family group riders. They do carry mountain bike components and their prices are reasonable. I shop there whenever I need small parts pronto.

Customer Service:
The first thing I noticed, is that there are a lot of guys behind the counter! That's a good thing, though. Everytime I've been there, there are always a few customers in the shop and moderate activity going on, but help is always a holler away.

Other Comments:
I got the impression after visiting the shop a few times, that they aren't out to rip you off (like some other bike shop(s), in Escondido), but rather just make an honest buck.
