Shop Summary:
The shop has every model of Trek that you could ask for, just limited on their Gary fisher's, and as far as there Treks, if you want a certain size it will probably have to be ordered in. Out of the 3 bikes I liked they went 0 for 3 and actually tried to size me in something they had in stock.

Customer Service:
The sales staff was pretty informative and very helpful.

Other Comments:
Its just amazing how nice the store was when purchasing the bike , but when trying to excercise their 30 day ride and exchange program, they really change their whole behavior, even if your spending more money..
Not the store I would recomed to any of my friends. Just be informed before you buy ,and there will be a lot less snags.Get online and do your homework about what you want.

Shop Summary:
Pretty big shop that carries mostly Trek and Fisher bikes. Lot's of Bontrager components and a selection of others. Good selection of helmets and Pearl Izumi clothing. Small selection of Pearl and fox gloves.

Customer Service:
I got some mixed feelings from this place the first time I visited. I went in to ask about the demo bike deals they had going on and found out that the bike I was looking for was only available in the Vista store, 30-45 minute drive. The salesmen (that's the impression I received, a car salesman) told me they could have it in store in a day or two. I told him I could drive down and pick it up but he asked that I let them get it for me so they could get my business. I thought that kind of strange but understood where he was coming from. He then tried to sell me a Fisher HiFi, pointing out that it had "front and rear shocks" and "disc brakes". I got a little annoyed and puzzled at this and assumed he had no idea what he was looking at or thought that I had no idea what I was looking at. I told him I was not interested. We then found out that the bike I was looking for was no longer available, and I left the store. I decided I would go back and most likely get the Fuel EX 8 on sale and the same guy was there. Basically he never offered to size me or let me even test ride any of the bikes. They didnt have my size in store.

Other Comments:
Ironically the size I need was in the other store 45 minutes away, again he insisted they bring it to their store and I pick it up there the next day. I told him that was ok but drove to the other store to pick it up myself. They offer free shifting and brake tune ups for life and some discounts on more advanced work, which I assume every Trek store offers. Bottom line the sales reps seemed a little shady. The mechanic that helped me with my first tune up seemed pretty knowledgable. But over charged the crap out of me for little things. Luckily the shady sales associate who sold me the bike hooked me up and only charged me for the new chain I got. LOL. 3 stars for the confusing and inconsistent service.

Shop Summary:
One of Trek's Bontique shops. They sell Trek, Gary Fisher, Lemond, and Klein mountain and road bikes. They have a service area and sell other parts and clothing as well.

Customer Service:
They have great customer service. They have a friendly staff that is knowledgeable.

Other Comments:
Bought my bike here in 2004 and I have been pretty much happy with the customer service and support that I have received. They also hold monthly rides that is fun to join. Would buy from them again and the customer service and treatment that I receive is a plus to do so.
