Absolutely awesome shop with wonderful staff to help you out on anything you need. I've had quick service at very reasonable prices. They carry a plethora of different bikes and usually have a ton of stock as far as bikes and components. In addition they do fittings, never have had it done but have heard they do a good job.

Shop Summary:
Great shop off of Garden of the Gods Road. It's my favorite shop in Colorado Springs. Period.

Customer Service:
Wow. Wow. This shop ROCKS! I bought a pair of SIDI shoes, and they really took time to fit my feet. I brought in a Marzocchi shock that wouldn't lock out. Mike took the time to contact Marzocchi and find out what was wrong. When Marzocchi wouldn't honor what I felt should be a warranty repair, he 'fixed' the problem and got me back on the trail. The 'fix' held, and saved me $160.00 in parts. AND, they only charged for a fork rebuild. When I had them install my Fox fork, the shop tech also fixed a sticky pad adjuster on my disc brake. They even took the time to show me how to get my tubless tires mounted right...

Other Comments:
Absolutely outstanding! I've never felt like I had to be a racer boy to get service here. They sell high-end stuff, but definitely have a down-to-earth customer service attitude.

Shop Summary:
This shop rocks! The staff spent a significant amount of time helping me get properly fitted to a bike before I even took the bikes out for test rides. I never felt rushed even though I was there after closing. And there was no pressure to buy this bike or that. Basically whichever bike fit and worked for me, they were happy to sell me.

Customer Service:
I worked with several different people over a couple of days and they all remembered what was going on with the bikes I was trying. It didn't seem to matter who I talked to, they knew what I was looking at and what frames sizes, it was great!

Other Comments:
I went to 4 other shops around the Springs and finally purchased my bike at Pro Cycling. Here are a few key reasons why: 1) The service department will work on bikes they don't sell (one other high-end store wouldn't). 2) Their service department has a great deal of knowledge and enjoy sharing that knowledge, not always what I got when I talked to some other stores service departments. 3) A nice selection of bikes to choose from 4) Awesome test ride and fitting policy. 5) Swapped a cassette out for a different gearing that I wanted, no questions asked and no extra cost (pls note they were from the same component group).

Shop Summary:
Great full service shop with friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Carries lots of high-end road and mountain bike brands. From personal experience, this shop will get you sorted if something goes wrong with your bike. Prices on many components are fair, and some are actually the best prices in town.

Bottom line: I highly recommend this shop over all others in town.

Customer Service:
To be honest, at first I found the people who worked here to be a bit aloof. But after a few trips to the store and getting to know the people who work there, it was almost like night and day in terms of their helpfulness.

After dealing with multiple issues on the bikes and other higher end components I bought through them, I have a lot of appreciation and respect for the service and care they provide their customers.

I now buy as much as I can through their shop because I know that if I have issues, they'll be addressed in a manner that is fair to both of us. If they don't have something on the shelf (and many times they don't for the all mtn / free-rider) they are happy to order it for you.

Their mechanics are the best in town: friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and willing to share their tips / knowledge with you.

Other Comments:
Bought 2 bikes through this shop so far. The first ended up needing to be sent back due to some frame issues. During this experience, the shop did all they could to help out. So much so, that the decision to buy a second replacement bike with them was an easy one...

The second bike I bought with them (an Ellsworth Moment) rules the trails up and down. I've had zero frame issues to date, but some fork issues which the shop has continually helped me sort out.

Bottom line: I highly recommend this shop over all others in town.

Shop Summary:
High end botique shop.

Customer Service:
When I was first looking for a bike I was turned off by this shop because of its high boutique factor. $2K was my budget and they kinda scoffed at me.

I bought some hubs and rims on ebay, used DT swiss's spoke calculator went to CC and they make me spokes per the calculator, turned out they were too long. I figured that they could trim them down or something. I went in there with the hub/rims and they just made new spokes for me, no questions no hassles. They have made me a beliver in the potential for a full service shop. They are serious about bikes and really showed it.

Shop Summary:
The shop has a very nice layout and carries tons of bikes, parts, and gear. They deal with high-end bikes because they are a high-end shop (but prices are always reasonable) Their service department is the best in town!

Customer Service:
Once again the shop technicians are the best in town. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable which is not always the case with other shops. They are always willing to explain the process of repairing your bike and treat the repair like they were working on their own bike. I will only let ProCycling technicians repair/work on my Specialized and really rely on their opinions about upgrading components. The service at Procycling is hard to beat.

Other Comments:
My favorite shop in Colorado Springs.
