You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
I was 20 miles from home and they GAVE ME A LOANER WHEEL when I brought in my rear wheel that completely detensioned (bought from Price Point and ? not linseed oiled?). Rebuilt the wheel (40$) and done in 5 days. I sincerely appreciated the free loaner wheel although the mechanic gave me attitude when I called a few more times than he appreciated to check on the progress of the repair. "What part of Monday didn't you understand?"

Customer Service:
Technical prowess and the loaner will soften my score here.

Other Comments:
They do seem more road bike enthusiastic here but go out and try road biking it'll make you way stronger. ... seriously!

Shop Summary:
Couldn't agree more with the other reviews. I took a friend in here to check out selection and get sized and possibly buy. However, the jerk that helped us told me "He does not want to waste his time sizing her if we do not intend to buy". This guy would be more suited in the used car industry.

Customer Service:
Unless you are wearing spandex and are wearing gloves with a sweet messenger bag, you are NOT worth their precious time.

Shop Summary:
They had me at "please don't touch that bike". I have been involved in the ski and bike industries for much of my adult life and I have NEVER experienced such poor service as I did at Turin. I felt like I was sized up the minute that I walked in and deemed to be not worthy or their time or energy. My best advice is to stay far away from this pretentious shop.

Shop Summary:
TERRIBLE shop full of roadies with the WORST attitudes EVER. Seriously, you work in a bike shop, get over yourself.

Customer Service:
TERRIBLE. I bought a couple of rims here and got decent prices. My attempts at getting any type of service have been met with surly attitude.

Other Comments:
Be sure and go here if you want to be insulted as they overcharge you for bad service. other than that it's great.

Shop Summary:
I would definitely agree with the mostly negative reviews I read about this shop. It was the first shop I found in Denver because it was close to the house. Qickly realized that attitude and price are high...not very appreciative of your business. Discovered WR Cyclery. They know how to run a bike shop, especially with their amazing new expansion!

Customer Service:
Poor at best. Except they did help me choose a chamois butter, saving my a** on Kokopelli Trail.

Other Comments:
Like I said, they're not appreciative of your business. Go to Wheat Ridge Cyclery instead.
