Shop Summary:
The shop in this LBS is quite amazing! The shop is huge and every time I have been in there are quite a number of experienced staff members working away on bicycles. The shop itself is huge and looks very modern and professional with all of the pretty Park tools hanging on the walls.

I have had two experiences with the shop and both went flawless. I had some new shifters/cable installed on an old mountain bike and was given an estimate before the work was performed and even given an estimated work completed date. The bike came back a day earlier than quoted and performed flawlessly. The other time I visited the shop I had brought a wheel in to be trued. I had thought I would have to drop the wheel off and pick it up another day... Well the shop had time to true my wheel on the spot! Wow! Great prompt service! Thanks!

I'm not too sure if I should mention any names here but I will say that every employee I have talked to and had the pleasure of doing business with at the Bike Source has exceeded my expectations every time! Wow!

Customer Service:
The customer service at Bike Source in Highlands Ranch is superb! I have been in the store more than a few times and have always been greeted with a smile and asked if I'd like any help. Each time I have visited the store I noticed that there seems to be enough staff to handle all of the customers needs/wants. I have also noticed that the store always looks clean and well organized and well stocked.

The sales people I have spoken to are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate their attentiveness and felt welcomed not pressured. Thanks and keep up the great work!

The store is very accommodating with its hours of operation in that they are open late during the week so you can stop in after work (even the shop is open late).

Other Comments:
This store is very well located (right in the same shopping center as 'The Olive Garden' and 'Taste of Philly' off of C-470 and County Line Rd. It looks to be a 'sport' store encompassing more than just cycling needs. I saw quite a bit of Specialized products and bicycles there that sparked my interest!

Bottom line:

The staff is very friendly, the store is very clean and organized, the products are top notch, and the shop performs quality work at very reasonable prices. I will be back... Thank you and keep up the great work! :-)
