Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: As previously mentioned, Larry doesn't stock a ton of inventory, but orders items as needed. This translates into lower overhead, and lower prices. Customer Service: You'll be hard pressed to find a dealer more knowlegable, or with better customer service. I've been dealing w/ him since I moved up in 2004 Other Comments: I've purchased lots of replacement parts over the years, and I've had plenty of service done on my MTB's. Last summer I finally built up a Niner RIP9 full XTR w/ King etc AND a Niner One9 with a decent parts spec. Larry's pricing was LITERALLY unbeatable. His service over the years was as important in purchasing through him as the price.

Cross Country Rider Other Comments: Yeah Larry gets it done. I just sold a bike out of state from this site. I asked Larry a question about shipping and the guy offers to ship it at a really good rate. He even hooked me up with a bike box. He saved me $$$ and hassle for sure. After 10 years in the bike biz myself, I have never ever seen such customer service. This is testement to his passion for our sport and continued support for his customers. THANKS LARRY!!!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Like other reviewers said, if you want a nice frame like a turner or what not, Larry is the guy to see. I brought my turner off of him, and I also brought a fox 100rlc fork off of him for way under retail. Also when I brought the fox, he got the wrong one sent to him by fox, because they just switched to the 07 models. So the one they sent ended up being their cross country racing model, so Larry gave me the option of re ordering the one I wanted, or giving me the better fork for the same price. I ended up taking the better fork. In my book, he is the definition of customer service. That is why I am going to get my next frame from him. Customer Service: Top notch!!!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Departure from the norm. Definitely not the cookie-cutter corporate shop... and that is a good thing! Customer Service: Great! Larry is like that friend you always wanted, the one that works at a bike shop and hooks you up with great deals.... Oh wait. That's pretty much what Larry is. Other Comments: If Larry can't get it, you don't need it.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great little shop, not much in stock but Larry knows about everything. Some nifty paraphernalia sitting on the display case and some really nice frames in the display case. Customer Service: None better. Larry acts like your friend the moment you step in the door. Gets back to you quickly and the price he quotes you is the price you pay. He is a man of his word, a rarity anywhere. Other Comments: Was visiting with my brother-in-law who shops with Larry all the time. Larry took care of me about getting me a bike to ride and getting me set up for the day. So I had him make a pair of track wheels for me. Sweet, true and smooth as butter even after two years.
