Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This is an excellent little shop in Lyons. Dave is super knowledgeable about everything bike related and has the best local trail knowledge of anyone I have ever spoken with. Customer Service: The service at Redstone has been outstanding. I brought Dave a Nomad frame to build up and his workmanship on the build and wheels were excellent. Even better than that, any time I have had any minor issue that needed fixing or tuning, Dave would drop what he was doing, throw the bike on the stand and fix it on the spot if he could. Furthermore, he is always willing to take a few minutes to talk bikes, trails etc. I feel like I learn something new every time I walk through the door.
Thanks Dave for the great ongoing experience.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The shop is small but has a nice HOMEY feel to it Customer Service: Dave is a NICE guy who makes you feel welcome and is happy to share his knowledge with you. He did a quick repair for me as a walk in and corrected other items that needed adjustment but that I did not point out. He also made NO COST suggestions to other things I could do to improve my setup.
The warmth and sharing this man has for the sport make this 5 star customer service.
Having moved here a few months ago and gone to several bikes shops, this is the one I will continue to use Other Comments: Good luck at the store and hope to join you on a Tuesday night ride soon.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Must of hit it on an off day. Insulted twice within the first few minutes of being in the shop and charged $30 for 5 minutes of work that didnt fix my problem. I have never encountered such a high level of bike snobberey. I will probably never again go to this shop and would never recommend it to anyone else. I like to think that I have a rather high level of mechanical apptitude but after the comments that I endured from the owner you would think that I dont know a damn thing about wrenching. Also for the ownere info, a bushing is a bearing. Try not to insult your customers and they might return to patronize you store again. I for one will not. I will spend my money else where. There are better bike shops out there and certianly ones with far better customer service. Customer Service: not good Other Comments: Work on you customer service skills. I was soo looking forward to checking out this shop seeing that is my closest Turner dealer but I guess that I will have to find somewhere else to patronize.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I just bought my first Intense Tracer VP from Dave at Redstone Cyclery. Not only did he beat all the other LBS from around my neighbourhood, but his customer service was awesome!
The built was awesome (not to mention the bike), and I would recommend his shop to anyone that's after a custom bike build.
Thanks for the great shopping experience Dave! Customer Service: Top notch customer service. Dave knows what his doing and he's a great person to deal with.
