Customer Service:
Man, these guys are so cool - no vibing!! The provide great service, and definitely have your back, so that you get the best biking experience. They don't try to upsell, or pass you over b/c you're not high end. These guys are cool, and want you to have the best biking experience possible!!

Shop Summary:
I purchased my very first mountain bike from Arapahoe. I had an awesome shopping experience. Mike and all the staff were extremely knowledgable and were not "trying to hard" to make the sale. I have been to several shops where they try to talk you into the next step up....the more expensive bike. I never got that feel at Arapahoe.

Customer Service:
Great customer service. As I said before, very knowledgeable staff that are bike riders. They want to sell you a bike so that you can enjoy a sport they love.

Other Comments:
I no longer live in Colorado so I can't visit the shop once a month, but I definitely was in about that often when I lived there.
