Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Canyon Cycles
If your looking for a bike shop that focuses on service and friendly advise, look no further. They may not have the hardwood floors or mega-shop atmosphere but they alway have time for a quick repair and have very fair pricing. This shop is a local's secret a place where customers are known by name.
Canyon cycles is a full service, year round, bike and snow shop. We offer new road and mountain bicycles, as well full repair and maintenance services. We tune board and skis in the winter and keep your bike in top shape in the summer. Call us!
Shop Summary: Canyon Cycles has the best mechanics I have found in Colorado in the last 20 years of riding -- no BS, no attitude, just done right! If you need a fork or shock rebuild than go no further. Save yourself the trouble of shipping and the uncertainty of when you might actually get it back by bringing it here. It will be done correctly and fast (day or two at most) for less than what you'd pay at any other shop or at the manufacturer.
Customer Service: Straightforward and no crap. You need something fixed on the cheap, they'll dig and get you back out biking for pennies. I got shifters from them last year and after 600 miles, I yet to need the cables adjusted! They look at you as some who wants to bike -- and don't mock a 5 year old bike. I really wish other shops would learn to love bikes, regardless of age AND THESE GUYS DO!

Shop Summary: Best bike shop I have found to date. The reviewer below by "bsob" sums it up better than I can.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service, no BS, Dave will work with you and give straight answers. I take my bike in once a year for some upgrades and a tune, and it always come back perfect. I can't say enough about this shop. Another good thing about the shop is the drive, what a great twisty drive with nice scenery.
Other Comments: See you in March Dave, great shop you have.

Shop Summary: I love this place, Canyon Cycles. It's the dive bar everyone hates to love, but you end up meeting your best friend there at least once a week. They have their own gravitational pull! Like it or not you're drawn in.
Dave, the owner, does what I think more shop people should do, speak the cold hard truth. If it's broken and he can fix it, he'll fix it. If he can't, it can't be fixed. No BS!
He's certainly earned my trust and respect. As a mechanic and tool guru he's saved me hundreds.
What it comes down to is this...If you want a sales pitch, don't come here. If you want the best service on your rig (mtn, DH, road, etc.) this is the place.
Don't let your perception get in your way. Let's consider Canyon Cycles the Speak Easy for cyclists. But lets not keep it a secret.
Customer Service: Top Notch...A++++
Other Comments: Thank you for not being in a strip mall and staying genuine, in your people and shop.

Shop Summary: I liked this shop so much when my teammate suggested we ask them to be our shop sponsor, I said YES. Now they sponsor our gravity team. Laid back cool guys who know what they're doing.
Other Comments: The also sponsor Team Evergreen, a XC and cyclocross team. With all the racers giving them feedback, they definitely know what they're talking about, whether is XC, DH, DJ, or cyclocross.

Shop Summary: Great little bike shop. Dave always seems to have the answers. He really seems to understand both the seasoned bike racer and the family recreation crowd. He can provide very high end products and also appreciate cyclists on a budget. They are great ambassadors to the sport. I trust them to do anything to my bikes, including a custom build and custom wheelsets.
Customer Service: They treat you like a friend rather than a customer. They can always offer alternatives if you are looking to save a buck.
