Shop Summary:
Not a large shop, but they have great bikes, they understand their product lines with expertise. Very relaxed setting, no big crowds of people. They don't fill up the showroom with all the cheap stuff like so many other bike stores do.
If that's what you're looking for, this is not your store.

Customer Service:
My son-law had purchased his ASR several months earlier from one of those large shops in Denver, now it was time for me. This store had 15 sales people working a hundreds of bikes. Their service dept. was not at all helpful when it came to self service tips and how to perform simple maintenance adjustment etc. Since we both love doing the repairs/maint. on our rides as much as we do riding, He has not gone back since.
I wanted to test ride a Yeti ASR and Adventure was close to my home. This is what I really liked about Dennis and John's shop. Jason, the sales guys I worked with did some research. The Yeti factory found me a sweet demo ASRC in my size.
Dennis, had no problem picking up the bike(the next day) and setting it up for my test ride (the same day). That's great customer service. On top of that, once I was ready buy, I saved a lot of money off my demo, that would sell for over $6K new.

a few weeks later, I wanted to make a few minor adjustments, different seat post and stem, "At no cost to me". Again that's great service!

Other Comments:
Jess, the main wrench at the shop. Is always ready to share tuning hints, tech stuff, how to do it, if you're interested. This is different than the other Big Store I mentioned.

Adventure, really wants your business and you feel it by the way they treat you!

Shop Summary:
Great service, no attitude, technically quite good.

Customer Service:
V. good. Don't seem to be bothered by my barrage of stupid questions - I've got a lot of 'em.

Other Comments:
John is very helpful.
I bought a Yeti 575 from these guys and they've been quite good about supporting it - even though it was a demo model.
These guys pride themselves on high technical expertise and I've not been disappointed.

Keep up the good work!

Shop Summary:
Shop has a nice balance of all types of bikes (from road to DH and even BMX) but hasn't drowned out the shop with too much inventory so the staff knows their bikes well.

Customer Service:
I've bought two bikes from this shop because of the service I've received there and plan on buying a 3rd next year. Owners John and Dennis are cool as hell and so are all of their employees. They're always ready to share some of their knowledge and I've never experienced any 'better than you' attitude from anyone there.

Other Comments:
Shop has a sweet 12 months same as cash program.

Shop Summary:
I had called alot of shops looking for a certain bike for the best price. John gave me the best quote so I went down to check it out. They were great. The Sales person was great. Hooked me up with no pressure. I'm going back this week to pick my bike up in a quick turn around time.

Customer Service:
Awesome, Knowledgeable and Friendly
