Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: This is a great little shop that opened up just last year on the southwest side. They have both new and used bikes including road, mountain, cyclocross, cruisers, kids bikes, BMX, and all kinds of miscellaneous machines. If you're looking for a new Kona you'll find it here. There is a full service shop and they work on any type of bike. They have all types of accessories, both new and used. It's worth it just to walk in and look at all the different stuff they have. All said, they have a little bit of everything for everybody. Customer Service: John, the owner/mechanic, and Mike, a mechanic and good guy, have really helped me to set up and make improvements on my mountain bike. Every time I've gone in the service has been fast and reliable and it's always been done right. They're willing to take time with each person no matter what there level of experience. They've also been very good about understanding money issues and how much each individual has to spend, or wants to spend. Take your bike here, they're real people and real pros.
