Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: They have a few items for sale but there niche seems to be service and repair. I had a fork and new headset installed a few weeks ago and the did a great job. They were fast and the shop rates were very reasonable. I called around and was quoted more than double for the same work done at other shops. Customer Service: I had a brake issue with my new for being post mount and my old setup was IS. I ended up having the right part stashed in my toolbox but there was great communication to solve the problem. Other Comments: Anytime I need some work done on my bike I'll go back here.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: a good shop for repairs (bike and ski)
matt built the wheels on my DH bike and they've stayed true even though i beat on them pretty hard
not so much for retail, but that's how it's set up Customer Service: really good if you get matt, the owner
can be hit or miss with employees Other Comments: this shop is more than happy to install aprts you buy online
and i don't really know what the other poster thinks a business should charge. it's not just the time it took them, it's the tools they used and the space they rent
i can assure you that you would have paid more if you had gone down the street to Turin
