Shop Summary:
Focusing on high-end bikes, this shop does have an impressive inventory. You'll also find them knowledgeable about road bikes and somewhat knowledgeable about cyclocross. However, take great caution regarding mountain bikes as they know very little about the expensive rides they sell. And, most notably, their customer service couldn't be worse. I had a very frustrating experience of buying a frame, paying for it in full, and getting called back to say they needed another $200 to perform the shock upgrade they'd agreed to. Confirming then reneging on the deal went through a few cycles before I just took the refund and went elsewhere, but not before the owner gave me a half hour of me beligerent, arrogant, and incredibly unbusinesslike attitude. If it were worth the time, a lawsuit for the bait and switch would have been a slam dunk.

This shop is so horrible that I would pay people not to go here just to do them a favor.

Customer Service:
Horrible. Could not be worse. Without question, the worst transaction I've had at any store anywhere. Makes eBay schisters look like saints.
