Racer Shop Summary:
Site is now down (10/3/09), I have my credit card company reversing a charge for an item that they never had or shipped!
Prices on many items just a come on to get your money without any atemp to inform you it is not, & was never going to be availible. Got 1 E-mail to tell me my item shipped after a month or so, and this is after 8 or more E-mails & phone calls asking status.
10 days later Never shows up, check website status, says warehouse out of stock, refunded a week before??
Weeks later still NO Refund, let my credit card company freeze transaction untill it is clear they had no shipment record. Customer Service:

One of the few really really bad online bike stores!!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Ordered a 'sounds too good to be true' deal on a RockShox fork. Paid via PayPal. I asked to cancel the order 4 days later, and was told 'no problem'.
Two months and dozens of phone calls and emails later, I still have not been refunded my money. PayPal dispute has been closed, and they are pursuing them for the funds. Also started a dispute with the CC company... Customer Service:
Yeah right! Never answer their phone, and if they reply to your email, it is most likely full of lies. Other Comments:
Stay away!

AWFUL. these jerks are scam artists with no scruples, and no business ethics. It took them 10 days to tell me that I needed to pay through "Google Checkout," after placing an order and paying on their website. Customer Service:

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Don't order from these guys. This place is a scam. It's somehow associated with Great Adventure Sports in Breckenridge, CO. Search for that shop for details. Check out the Colorado Front Range forum for more info.
These guys ripped me off. I had to file a complaint against them. They're bad news. Don't order from them unless you like throwing away money.
