Shop Summary:
It's a mess of bikes and bike gear. Not in a good way at all. It's a mess, disorganized, with poorly built bikes.

Customer Service:
What customer service? Sales folks seemed indifferent, friendly enough, but looked tired and p.o'd about working there. The mechanics looked worse and by their bike builds on the floor, definitely don't know what they're doing.

Other Comments:
Not impressed and not going to spend a dime there. There are much better shops, it doesn't take much.
