Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: The shop sell's, Yeti, Specialized, Pivot, a few other brand's. The mechanic's are the best in the valley with Chad, Ryan, and several other's who have extensive experiance with most brand's. I have my bike worked on there and it is a Santa Cruz, which they don't sell. If your thinking of upgrade's Chad will give you honest advice even if it cost's them selling a part. Their rental's work which is not alway's the case in the valley. Customer Service: The best, great mechanic's, and Ryan call's promptly when it's ready. Ryan the new owner is very responsive to customer request's. Turn around time on repair's is good the same or faster than the other shop's I have tried.Good service, friendly Other Comments: Good service, friendly staff, and mechanic's that ride Mtn. bike's till they drop so their advice is real time stuff.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Perfect example of how the internet makes the world smaller. I was refered to Chad at Ruby Canyon for some help shipping a bike I was buying via craigslist. The seller of the bike, who was located in Grand Junction knew the shop was good so he took the bike to them. Chad had one of his guys wrap up the bike like it was a newborn baby and sent it off. Four days later the bike hits Southern California all in one piece! Thanks guys at Ruby Canyon! Customer Service: Outstanding! Other Comments: Side note: Fedex f'ed one spot on the bike with their "expert" shipping techniques and after 60+ minutes on the phone wanted the entire bike sent back to them for further inspection? I Think we can live with a paint gash over loosing a one of a kind race bike :)

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Best Bike shop in the Grand Valley. Hands Down. Went there on the recommendation of my coworker to have a chain installed (i know, I should be doing it myself but didn't have the tool...) and have them give a once over to a Yeti ASR 7 I purchased on ebay. What what was supposed to be a quick 5 minute job turned into Chad (mechanic) saving my arse, calling me to let me know that a slew of things were wrong with the bike (missing shock link bolt, front and rear brake rotors bent badly (not fixable) - replaced, front brake line improperly run/installed, rear derailer set screws not set properly, rear derailer housing not properly run, front derailer mount with wrong parts and cable stop in wrong place, cranks improperly installed, cables were dry and bent in many places). Chad took his time fixing everything, and even replaced some parts [that they didn't have in house] with parts from the OWNERS BIKE!!! Talk about that for customer service! Needless to say, a six pack was in order for Chad and I'll be sure to bring a few more my next few visits in. Anyone needing any kind of tech work or if you just want a chill place to hang out, chit chat, or catch a new flic, check out Ruby Canyon. First class all the way-- Customer Service: First rate. Chad (mechanic) explained everything that was needed to be done to fix the rig and even stayed after they closed to make sure everything was good to go. Doug (owner) took parts off his bike to fix mine. Still can't believe this! Shop crew very friendly and they all know their stuff. Other Comments: BEST IN THE VALLEY

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Been there more than once, shop is filled with great guys, with great attitudes. They treat you like a million bucks even if your only buying a tube or buying that big dollar S Works...I bought a couple bikes from them once, and Chad loaded them up in his truck and gave me a ride home with them....hows that for customer service. I bought 1 other bike somewhere else in this town, what a terrible mistake, you can read my review on that experience (Bicycle Outfitters), Me personally, I'll never do business anywhere else. Its what a Bike Shop Should be. Customer Service: The Best Other Comments: Keep up the good work.
