Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I was on a road ride and got a flat near this shop and had no tube, (my bad) and I had little money left after coffee. I was told about the shop and limped the bike down to see if they could loan me a tube. but no go. they were very rude about it so I ended up calling a friend to come and get me with a strangers phone. wont go back. Customer Service: poor Other Comments: told a friend about my experience she had a bad experience there as well.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I used to live in Rocky Hill, CT and used these guys extensively. They...are...awesome! They're totally friendly, un-assuming and genuinly interested in your bike, your experiences (both in the store and on the trails) and know what they're doing.
I've always received prompt service from their service department and never received any bull. Customer Service: There are no snobby, elitist cyclists at this shop. Every one of them rides (as do most employees from a bike shop). They stay on top of the latest technology and never try to sell you something you don't need or wouldn't use for your skill level. Their knowledge is on par with the best of 'em, as far as I'm concerned.
It's been said by many other riders that they have the best wheel truer in the area, too. Other Comments: Last year I felt like I was being jerked around by a bike shop I use now in Indiana. (they're the only one for ~100 miles.) Anyway, I called (from Indiana) Cycling Concepts ( in CT ) to get a price quote, liked what I heard and purchased the new shock I needed without hesitation.
I feel that these guys are totally trust-worthy and they have _never_ let me down.
