Shop Summary:
I found this shop online, they are a family owned and run shop (a husband and wife team) that really knows their product and how to fit each individual with his or her perfect ride. They have a good amount of product in stock from actual bikes to shoes and accessories.

Customer Service:
The owners are super friendly and helpful. They set up my bike, cut down the handlebars and seat post for me, and set the suspension to my ideal setting, and gave me lots of advice and answered all of my questions. I've never owned a full suspension bike (a Giant Trance 4), so I needed to go somewhere with people who could help answer my questions and advise me to the right products.

Other Comments:
This was a great shop, the prices were fair and they know what they're doing. They really cater to the customer's individual needs and take pride in their business. I definitely recommend it, I look forward to going in again for my first free tuneup and for any upgrades. they include 15 months of it free, which is very nice too
