You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
I have purchased several bikes from the Bristol location. They are well stocked with the latest and greatest road and mountain bikes along with the requisite accessories...as long as you are interested in top end, name brand, high priced items.

Customer Service:
Customer service has ranged from super stoked and helpful staff to the stereotypical "I know more than you and your current bike is crap" bike shop attitude. It's so hit or miss that sometimes I don't want to deal with this shop, but they are less than two miles from home so I end up going there anyways. They did tune my MTB earlier this season and did a nice job fixing my bent-up derailleur at a reasonable cost and pretty fast turnaround.

Other Comments:
I wish this shop had more variety when it comes to the products offered. It seems like everything is Specialized and Trek and nothing else. And you're gonna pay for it through your nose!

Shop Summary:
its one of the largest in the state, its very nice the staff is friendly. i do have one problem with it tough and that is that their items tend to be overpriced.if 2 bike shops have the same bike that is 2 model yeas old this shop will have it for only $200 off when the other may have it marked down by $500. its not a big deal because they make up for it in their great service. they also go by the philosify "if the parts not broken dont upgrade, it works fine)

Customer Service:
its great, they are very nice and respectful and always try to assit u in ur purchase. there is one guy though that does not like to give out recipts u always have to ask.

Shop Summary:
Huge store with an enormous selection of all level and types of bikes. Prices tend to be a bit higher than I have seen at other shops...but, they back that up with free service and tuning of your rig for a year. Very centrally located within CT. Very close to a multitude of great riding options.

Customer Service:
I am a die hard rider who rides 5 days a week (min.) during spring, summer and fall. WHENEVER my bike goes down and needs service, they turn it around FAST. On at least 3 occasions I have dropped my bike off and got it back the next afternoon, just in time for a ride.

Shop Summary:
This shop is the worst I've ever been to. I had my bike tuned up at The Bikers Edge and have had continuous problems. When I tried to resolve the problem the staff was unhelpful and rude.

Customer Service:
Poor.

Other Comments:
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!!

Shop Summary:
The original 'Biker's Edge' is what sold me to this sport. I bought Bob's personal spec'd 20" BMX bike as he graduated from this in the mid 80's. That and more got me to #4 in CT for my first Expert year. Later, my first MTNB came here. Total blast, and the same level of enthusiasm back then ('94) as first start. Well to do with any and everything Cycling, and go above and beyond what is expected from a Shoppe. Great People, and Business.

Customer Service:
Informed; Practical; Welcome.

Other Comments:
I have yet to visit your newest 'Biker's Edge'. Looked great on a Sunday drive last year, and now I am back in the Sport with only racing left to do, I recommend any and those not yet in the sport to check out my 'Biker's Edge' folk. Even with use of a bicycle for recreation, they are supportive and helpful towards anyone and everyone. They are central to the scenery I knew, and I can only see it has grown!
