Racer Shop Summary:
Fairly good selection of MTB parts. Knowledgable and friendly staff, solid wrenching crew that has a pretty quick turnaround time. Good mix of MTB and Road friendly staff so you can get most questions answered.
I do most of my own bike work, but when I don't have a tool or the time to do it myself they're quick and convenient to where I work. Customer Service:

Prices are MSRP, which sucks b/c I like them, but the internet is cheaper.

Racer Shop Summary:
This bike shop has it all. Road,mountain and best of all 29ers. If your bike does not fit right Nate or Ken are the people to talk to. They always have time and will get the fit right.
The mechanics know there stuff and will get your bike tuned right the first time.
I am very happy with this shop and is the only shop I will go to around me
